We partner with Mary Claire Lanser of Lanser Public Affairs on select community engagement and public outreach efforts to support thoughtful communication and meaningful dialogue.

-
No two communities are the same — and neither is our approach

We evaluate each project individually, taking into account local dynamics, stakeholders, history, and sensitivities
-
Design custom engagement strategies that meet communities where they are
-
From grassroots outreach to stakeholder conversations and public meeting support, we help clients communicate clearly, address concerns early, and reduce misinformation

Why It Matters:
-
Community engagement is not about persuasion — it’s about informed conversation
- We focus on listening, understanding community priorities, and creating clarity instead of conflict
- When engagement happens early and intentionally, communities can navigate growth and complex issues with trust and transparency

Why It Works:
-
Grassroots outreach engages residents early, before positions harden and misinformation spreads
- It complements formal public meetings by creating space for questions, concerns, and meaningful dialogue
- Engagement methods may include neighborhood conversations, stakeholder interviews, surveys, targeted communications, and direct resident outreach to reach a broad, representative community

Outcome:
Respectful grassroots community outreach has repeatedly proven to be a critical factor in achieving successful project approvals, improving community trust, and facilitating smoother development processes.
