Scope of Work
Bailey Copeland, serving as Vice President of Development at Greywolf Partners, led the project from acquisition through completion, including:
Property acquisition and evaluation of redevelopment potential.
Conducting due diligence, including site analysis, environmental assessments, and market studies.
Overseeing entitlement and permitting processes to ensure compliance with municipal requirements.
Managing design, engineering, and construction teams to deliver a high-quality product on time and within budget.
Coordinating project financing, investor communications, and strategic partnerships.
Ensuring community engagement and alignment with local stakeholders throughout the redevelopment process.
